Vitrex17 v2.0 skin in-game preview

1. The very well-known 3D shadowed sidebar, originally introduced in Vitrex MMXV for FM15 is back, with the possibility to have it icons-only or full width, through your game preference panel.
2. Another year, another beautifully handcrafted 3D news notification icon.
3. 3 stripes behind the logo in the title-bar added again this year.
4. Beautiful new custom made scout card icons.

6. Probably the most known feat. of Vitrex: The shirt behind the face, along with the player signature, introduced by Vitrex MMXV back in 2014.
7. A whole new addition to this year, keeping Vitrex as one of the most innovative FM skins there are. Brand new 3D depth pitch, showing a players preferred positions on their profile - made for Vitrex17, exclusively by Emil Debski.
8. New custom made team squad overview panel, showing much more information about your team.
9. Also introduced by Vitrex last year, the now widely used, kit backs tactic board, in stead of the default boxes. Shirts are fully interactive (role/duty selector) plus the player names are visible on the back.
10. In prolongation to the tactics panel, once again we've introduced the captains armband.
11. Another whole new, innovative addition to this years skin, made exclusively for the Vitrex: The 3D depth pitch showing the clubs last starting 11, on any given teams club overview panel.

13. Yet another wonderful, brand new addition to this years skin. With inspiration from the already existing world map locator introduced years ago, we've build a brand new, up to date one, showing a club/countries location on a beautiful world map, a long side the capital city of that country and number of inhabitants. but congratulations for your work its amazing
Nah sorry. It takes too much time to make a proper, good looking skin - and as i never use light skins, it's nothing i plan to do.
Or you are using Metallic logos (or some other pack utilizing the left/right background logos widget). If so, then here is the solution(s):
I have changed the way the world map locator works, as it occupied the national flags widget code before, meaning national matches would show the map rather than the countries flag/logo which looked silly. Now the map uses the right/left background logo widget, which is also utilized by the metallic logo pack to show faded background logos in the titlebar/header. As Vitrex don't show these logos in the titlebar, you dont really need them.
So here are 2 ways to fix it:
Go into you general graphics folder, where you have kits, faces, logos ect. Find the metallic logo folder. In it you should find subfolders for background logos left and right.
You can either:
Delete these folders all together (don't worry your normal metallic logos will not be affected)
or
Rename the config.xml files (found it the same folders mentioned above) to for example config-deatcivated.xml. Then you still have the logos if you want to use them in the future with another skin, but the game will not pick them up anymore, as it will not be able to locate a config.xml file - thereby they won't overrule the world map configs and as a result you will see the map again.
Reload skin. Done :-)
I changed the way the world map locator is shown, as it occupied the widget of the country's flag before, resulting in the locator being shown in matches and other places, in stead of the countries flag.
It sounds like you still have the old club overview panel since it doesnt show anywhing now - did you preserve it from an earlier version? Or did you use the new 1.4 panels along with the rest of the update?
But I have some minor problem that happend only in this new 1.4 version and was working fine on oldest version,
The problem is when I open my club or any club I cant see any country map on location column, bottom right coner section. Example if I open my club, Man Utd, it only shows text England and under it UK&Ireland but under that just blank without any map shown.
But if I open national team like England, France, Belgium etc the country map is available. So it only disappear when I open club and not national team. I see on your AS Roma screenshot above that your club's country location map are working fine, thats why I confuse whats wrong with mine.. hope you can help..
Thanks
Perfect, glad it worked out in the end.
The scout reports is not a bug. It's the way i have set the colours of the potential/current ability. You can change it easily in the setting.xml file of the skin.
I have taken out the backroom advice panel, as it annoyed my eye, and didn't fit with the feeling i want for the skin. It can also be put back very easily, let me know if you want/need help with it.
I have answered this questions numerous times on here and in my facebook group. You must be doing something wrong, or else it must and will show. I never understood why people have this problem, as i never experienced myself, with any skin (if extracted to the right folder).
Here is a video, follow the instructions, and the skin will show:
HOW TO INSTALL VITREX17
When you extract the downloaded file, open it and copy the other Vitrex 1.3 file that is inside the folder and move it to the skins folder in \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\skins\
It will work without any problem
(Mac user)
keep up the good work!!
thanks in advance and keep up!
It's normal. The ranking of the leagues is not official - it's nothing that can have been meassured back in time. It's just an FM rating - this means you will first see it develop 2 season+ into the game, as there simply is no history to show for it in the first season.
