Wavy's Crown Jewels - Unstoppable FM20 Tactics

Overview: My goal every year is to make the most team oriented, fluid tactics that I can. Inspired by the greats such as Pep Guardiola, Johan Cruyff, Rinus Michaels and Arrigo Sacchi. I want to win but in style and with enjoyment!

Results: I managed to win 4 Bundesliga titles, get to 3 CL finals while winning one 1 with Hertha BSC, 6 PL titles 2 CL titles with Manchester City, 2 La Liga's with Barcelona and 4 straight Bundesliga Titles with RB Leipzig along with a CL final win over Liverpool. All of my teams finished among the top of their leagues in goals scored and finished among the best two in goals conceded. I also went on several unbeaten runs of 30+ games with these squads.

Attributes and Training: In the file I've included ALL of my custom training schedules and views. The most important view is the "DNA" squad view which I use to see how well players fit in the most important attributes for my preferred style. Refer to this view to see how well your players stack up in the most crucial categories which include "teamwork" "bravery" "first touch" "Composure" and more. ALL positions need to be strong in these attributes as they apply to all sections of the tactics. All defenders need to have pace and acceleration for the high lines.

Tips: Give your team time to get used to these tactics. It can take time to produce the fluid attractive football as its dependent on the players having good cohesion and chemistry with each other.

Start all games with a positive mentality and adjust accordingly to your opponent. Lower to "Balance", raise to "Attacking" or keep it on positive depending on whats best for that game/situation.

Its important that they build those on pitch relationships. You don't need stars to succeed with these tactics you just need guys that fit their roles and have good personalities.
