UEFA CL + EL + SC + YL - Kosovo's happy entering

Kosovan clubs enter the UEFA club competitions, UEFA CL + EL + SC + YL, created by thesacrisant aka abu* (STEAM_0:0:19197710)

What have ive done ?
----------------------------
More than 300000 Data changes
This includes also older data changens from earlier files ive uploaded.

OLD :

-couple of thoudsands of missing Belgian , Dutch and German clubs + U21/U19/B/C/3/4/5 teams!
with the correct year of foundation - kit colours - correct city
with the correct longitude - latitude - inhabitants - weather and moved existing cities to the correct province if not added.
-a few hundred missing 1st teams leagues + a few hundred U21/U19 leagues!

NEW :

Completed full names of few thousands clubs from all 55 UEFA Nations , Brazil , Argentina , USA and Mexico.

Added a few tousands of U21 and U19 teams if a club didn't thave any.
Why , handy for my other new file , and update of the 4 UEFA Club competitions where clubs from Kosovo can qualify for the CL/EL.

There is not much difference than the real qualiying setup.
Only the number of clubs in the qualifying rounds changed due to entering of 3 Kosovovar clubs

S2-Champions:R2 -- 34 clubs (4 from R1 + 30 lowest seeders)
S3-Champions:R3 -- 20 clubs (17 from R2 + 3 lowest seeders)

S4-Champions :Play-Off -- 10 clubs (10 from R3 Champions)

S3-R3 -- 58 clubs (33 from R2 + 25 lowest seeders)
S3-Play-Off -- 44 clubs (29 from R3 + 15 losers from the CL R3 )
S4-Groupstage -- 48 clubs ( 10 losers from the CL Play-off enter )
1st 2 teams got to the 1/16th Finals
S6-1/16 Finals
8 3th placed from the CL Groupstage enter
S7-1/8 Finals
S8-1/4 Finals

S10-Final ( winner qualifies for the UEFA SC )

*I do not allow the EL winner to join the CL.
This coz 1 let 2 Kosovar clubs enter R1 while UEFA only allows 1 Kosovar club to enter from 2017/18.

S1-(Champions route)-Groupstage : 32 top U19 teams from 17 nations
The winners from all 8 groups enter the 1/8 Finals.
The second in the groups go to the Play-off to join the winners of the Domestic Path R2.

How to unlock this files in FM 2017 :

Move the downloaded .fmf file to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\editor data\
Create folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist already.

Run Football Manager 2017 and start new save with this database enabled.

This file has been tested together with my other file - Belgium Football Youth League System.
This test is included in the rar.
Just move the game to here and load : your drive\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\games

GRAPHICS :
----------
I have edited the grapichs xml so many U21/19 and all U18->U7 have the same club logo's as the first team.
This is included in the rar.

Download the .zip file and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract their contents.

Move the extracted contents to your graphics folder:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\graphics\logos\
Create folders "graphics" and "logos" if they don't exist already.

Run Football Manager 2017 and go to Preferences > Interface:
Click the Clear Cache button. Return to the same screen.
Enable Reload Skin when confirming changes in preferences
Hit the Confirm button
