    loved this formation. Tried the 4231 Control & Goals and my games were 6-4, 5-3 etc.... I was Fiorentina in Italy and in my 2nd season at club, I was struggling... The team had very low morale, the board had spoke to me about getting rid of me.... By January, I was hovering above drop zone and then i downloaded this formation....wow. I finished 4th after been 17th 4 months earlier. The following season, with a very small budget, I won the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia and got to the Europa League 1/4 FInals. Kept same formation every game, just kept rotating the players. Only had a 1st team squad of 18 players (3 were from youth team). I beat the amazing Juventus away 0-3 and to be honest, broke most records, scoring 96 goals in 1st full season with this tactic.
