FM 2019 FLUT skin dark - Version 1.9

Skin for FM 2019 regular career mode and widescreen (1920x1080).

This is the last version of the FLUTSKIN for FM19. I would like to thank all of the FM fans who support my work with words of encouragement and specially those who rewarded the work I produced through a donation. I really appreciated it. I also thanks all the fantastic FM skinners whose creativity contributes a lot to produce the FLUTSkin as it is today since FM 2013. Thank you all!!

The Skin pack includes:
1. “Round country flags”, “round continents logos” and default logos specially made in metallic style by brian-q from sourtitoutsi. Those graphics will be displayed in the title bar.
2. Background maps for confederations, also made by brian-q. Thank you brian by your great work and for your collaboration!!!

In this version I do not include the pack for regular sidebar (not hidden sidebar) and for regular sidebar, coloured according the club colour. However, you can use it from the 1.8 version.

The "major" changes (in fact I think the changes are minor) of FlutSkin 1.9 are:
- Target list panel
- News item panels:

Contract expiring player/non player list (tweaked)
Match post match analysis (rating and player popup included)

- Tactics opposition instructions panel and match tactics chalkboard1 (xmls) (bug solved)
- Team Social groups panel (“new”)
- Team hierarchy panel (tweaked)

Besides fixed reported bugs and also tweaks here and there, the major Changes of FlutSkin 1.8 are in:
- Match preview panel (new tabs with teams formation on the pitch included)
- Game processing panel (fixtures and results included; other tweaks)
- Match inbetween highlights full panel (tweaked)
- Manager home (top left box changed)
- Match mid match panel (tweaked)
- Tactics overview panel (new tabs included)

Besides fixed reported bugs and also tweaks here and there, the major Changes of FlutSkin 1.7 are in:
- Game processing panel (Stats logo replaced by Breaking News Text which colour will change according the team colours and league colours)
- Leagues in focus panel (5 tabs added; now you can easily place your league tables according your taste and you can quickly view the one you want without need to use the drop down arrows)
- Add manager profile (tweaked)
- Inbox welcome (tweaked)
- Non player profile (name tweaked; nation logo included)
- League tables (non-capitalized club names)
- Club overview panel (new results panel; new key employees panel; new information panel and new training panel included in the drop down arrows; statistics panel tweaked)
- Home manager (new picture option included)
- Manager Profile (tweaked)
- Match titlebar (competition logo included; club names with bigger space)
- Person/Player information panel (new tab with many information included)
- Nation overview panel (club logos in the players table included; manager name tweaked)

Besides fixed reported bugs and also tweaks here and there, the major Changes of FlutSkin 1.6 are in:
- Player Overview Panel (top horizontal boxes changed, including the player picture boxes; new option of player picture added)
- Club overview panel
- Titlebar and match titlebar (new fonts added)

Besides fixed reported bugs and also tweaks here and there, the major Changes of FlutSkin 1.5 are in:
- Player Overview Panel (kit name tweaked; left and right foot icon coloured according the foot accuracy; some hidden attributes included in the top right box)
- Home manager panel tweaked (training box)
- Training overview panel (various boxes tweaked)
- Scouting task dialog (tweaked)
- Team instructions match dialog (tweaked)

Besides fixed reported bugs and also tweaks here and there, the major Changes of FlutSkin 1.4 are in:
- Pre match briefing panel
- Several inbox panels (e.g., some player reports, pre match briefing reminder, transfer person mini profile panel,…)
- Player overview panel (Flut club colour option as player picture background added; some small tweaks)
- New tactics squad view
- Match tactics
- Home manager panel tweaked (new biography tab included, “new” confidence board and “new” training panel)
- Scouting centre card tweaked

Besides fixed bugs and tweaks here and there, the major Changes in FlutSkin dark 1.3 are in:
- Club overview panel (confidence information panel changed)
- Match team talk (new information included)
- Titlebar (manager change button included)
- Tactics panel ("new" pitch)

Major Changes in FlutSkin dark 1.2
- Training overview panel (new panels added)
- Tactics panel (now including the player pics)
- Transparent sidebar
- Non player comparison (adjusted for DF11)

The main changes in 1.1 are:
- Match full preview (save buttons included)
- Inbox press conference panels
- Drop down arrow in the titlebar included (in the left, near the picture)
- Many tweaks in inbox panels and some other tweaks in other panels
- Match preview panel (since some information in the tabbed regarding team analysis stop work after the SI updated, I have to cahnge it)

Changes in updated version.
- Bug regarding contract offer fixed
- Bug regarding the "inbox briefing reminder panel" fixed
- Files for no hidden (default) sidebar included (please read the read me file in order to know how install it)

Resolution requirements:
This skin was made to work properly in 1920x1080 (1080p) full screen mode, sidebar icons only. As a result, some panels won’t work properly in other resolutions (and also in 1920x1080 windowed mode).

How to add Flut Skin in FM19

Download and extract the .rar file (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).

Place the "fm2019flutskin_dark" folder here:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019\skins

Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
Start FM19 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
You should see FM 2019 Flut Skin dark - Version 1.9 as an option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Hit the Confirm button.

Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.

Thanks for your help, Flut. Love this skin

Just one more question. I've been trying to get the UEFA logo to show up in the titlebar but it's clashing with the extra city pic I added to the club overview. Where can I find the code that displays the UEFA logo in the titlebar?

Hi again Flut.

I changed the code in the line to told me to change in Manager Home Selector Panel, but unfortunately I've still got the same problem...nothing changed.

Plus I've also got the same issue with the Player Profile Panel, which I Forgot to include with my original question. The link for that is in the link below.

I hope you can rectify these background and box problems for me with these 2 screens, as they are both important screens in the game, and I really like using your skin over all others, cheers.

HI Flut just a heads up i don't know if anyone else is having problems since si released the little update today but me and pottersmad keep getting errors and from the picture im sending to you its to do with the tactic folder in your skin could you please have a look at this when you can many thanks

Hi scouse: thanks. Regarding your problem you just have to edit the following code in manager home selector panel1.xml

Change by

Hi jeff44: As I said you just have to delete that line of code. The table in the competition overview panel will be displayed without the form column.

Regarding the fonts of the league table you should edit the league stage panel views.xml, deleting all the entries

Hi sakuj: in line 65, if you want to fix the problem, you just have to change (is a space missing between “white” and height)

Hi Flut,

Great skin as always, keep up the good work.

However, I have another problem. That is after you gave me the link to change the problem I had with the sub folders on some screens because some of them we're White, well It got rid of the white sub-folders, but I now have the problem that I have in the link picture at the top of this message!!!!

Sorry for the poor pic quality, but as you can see the problem I now have is that all the boxes that contained the problem with the white sub-folders have now gone a much lighter background without any borderlines.

So as you can may gather, my question is how can I now get those lighter backgrounds to be black, just like the main bit on the top left? and the fine borders lines to divide them? would be great if you can solve this for me....

Hi Flut i done this Go to league stage panel views.xml and delete the following code (line 482)

and it still shows up ive cleared cache and reloaded skin so is there any chance you could send me just the file with out it in please many thanks

Hi Flut.

I've switched to the sidebar you provided for Klapco, but was wondering how I can make the sidebar background a solid black instead of it being transparent?

Sorry Flut but I just realized another problem that I found.

As you can see on the screenshot, for some staff members (whether mine or not), this panel does not indicate the employment of the person in question.
A bit random as my first problem.

Thanks for the answer but, even with the modification, I got still the same problem for some players (about 7-8 players for my A team). The other players don't have that problem.

It's weird because I really have no problem with 1.3. Only 1.4 ...

Hi Flut !
Since the new update (1.4), I have an issue with the player panel.

By default, in the profile of a player, the table reserved for "positions" of the player goes into "projects" of the player. I even put "posts" every time, but, after a few visits in profile, it goes back to "projects".

Would there be a way to lock the "positions" panel in xml files to no longer have this problem?

if you have 4k issues,. just go into graphics folder and deletes all the @2x files in the boxes folder., worked for me at least. i can now use the skin
