Transfer dates in game are classic and not post pandemic, starting the championships on normal and unmodified dates

The problem is that even recreating the file from scratch with the new 20.3 update, the problem remains (I just checked it out) and with the editor in the normal version it is not possible to modify these anomalies which, moreover, would last only in the current season. because from the next everything would return to normal.
At present it is therefore not possible to fix the problem, recreating everything with the advanced editor has a very high percentage of failure and crash being very complicated to change the rules only for a season involving multiple championships.
sometimes it really seems that SI is on purpose to complicate the work of the communities and frankly it also makes the desire to create content go away, this update 20.3 by SI is a complete disaster

Usually a coach is fired at the end of May and clubs hire their replacements at the very end of June, even in July sometimes. In season I think it's still normal, but after season it takes really long and it's stupid because most teams start their preseason and buy players before they even have a coach.
