FM 2021 Fantasy Scenarios - FM21 - 24-Team Premier League Ft. Transfer-360
The Premier League has been revamped to include 24 teams, matching up with the EFL. The team finishing bottom will be automatically relegated, while the teams finishing 20-23 will enter an end of season relegation playoff - 2 one-off games at Wembley, with the 2 losing teams being relegated.

The regular league season now kicks off in the last week of July at the earliest and should normally close within the last week of May, or the first couple of days in June at the latest before the relegation playoffs are drawn.

Also included is a revamp of the League Cup, which now has an extra round added to the competition to accommodate the extra 4 teams

Round 1: 48 teams - Leagues 1 and 2
Round 2: 48 teams - 24 winners from Round 1 + 24 Championship teams
Round 3: 32 teams - 24 winners from Round 2 + 8 lowest-placed Premier League teams
Round 4: 32 teams - 16 winners from Round 3 + 16 highest-placed Premier League teams
Round 5: 16 teams

NOTE: There are 2 files included in this download that feature Transfer-360, with one file containing 3 subs from 7 (+1 extra time sub) and the other containing 5 subs from 12 (+3 stoppages +1 extra time sub). There are also 2 alternative files with the default transfer windows in place.

Finally, the transfer window has also seen a revamp which now allows teams from 34 nations across Europe to operate for 360 days out of the calendar year, with the window opening on June 1st and closing on May 26th. This file is compatible with all of the other Transfer-360 files (with the exception of England as this file has its own nation rules already in place).

The other 33 Transfer-360 files can be found here:

- All files updated for compatibility with the 4.0 patch
- 2 alternate files added with the default transfer windows in place

@unitedarestillthebest: I helped gunner49 fix the problem without having to remove the leagues.

In the advanced rules, find the competition that is causing the error and in the Ranking Level Info you'll need to add to the number of teams on the bottom row. For example if it says there are 24 teams in the competition but only 21 in the ranking info, add 3 teams to the bottom row.

The same thing happened to me so what I had to do was remove the premier league development league and two other leagues

Yes, I went into the editor's competition section and changed the last league and current league, as you said. I also made sure both Sky Bet Championship and Premier League had 24 teams each after I was done swapping. But still, the issue remains. This never happened before, only when they did the latest update of the editor did these problems begin. Thanks again for your help.

@gunner49: Did you change the last league the teams were in as well as the current league?

Thanks for the update dude. Great work. Just a quick question? I went to swap some of the teams around between Sky Bet Championship and Premier League. Saved the file and went to test rules in the editor to verify it and the same problem as before came up about error in nation rules (24 teams in premier league development league etc) any idea what this could be? Or how to solve it? Thanks for your help and sorry to bother you.

@gunner49: Thanks a lot. Glad you're enjoying the file. I think that error will be popping up due to some changes that have been made in the editor with the latest patch. Don't worry though, I'm working on an update which I'm hoping to put out for download next week.

Love this add on! Great work. Just one issue and wondering if you can help. When I make some adjustments in the Editor and test rules it keeps coming up with 'Error in Nation Rules - Premier League Professional Development League, number of teams in competition (24) doesn't match the expected number of team rankings (21)' any idea on how to solve this? Thanks again

@jorg3he: Thanks. I'll be sure to add a version with the regular transfer window further down the line.

I love it, the only detail is that I would remove the 360 transfer or put it as additional content

    Thank you works perfectly now

@ryan: Try extracting to your desktop and moving the 2 editor files into your Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 21 > editor data folder. That should get it working.

It may be that you have the folder containing the files inside of your editor data folder which is why they aren't showing up. Only the files need to be moved.
