FM 22 Dual Nationality Regens Update

Copy file "FM 22 Dual Nationalities Database" and put it in: "Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\editor data" folder.

Many of you will probably ask if you can use this database with pr0 & FMTU dabatase update - yes! you can use all files from their update, except one file named "other changes"!
