Arne Slot's Feyenoord

During his first 6 months, Slot has transformed Feyenoord from a low to mid block side which finished 5th, to an attacking and pressing side which currently sits on the third place of the Eredivisie with only a few points less than Ajax and PSV. He did this while losing Feyenoords main man of the previous seasons, Steven Berghuis, for only 4 milion euros to Ajax. After trying for a few months, i think that I've finally had succes in recreating his main tactic. Note: i haven't included set-pieces yet and the results I'm showing are from a half-season holiday test.

Will probably update after i've played a full season by myself while including set-pieces.

Key players:
-> pressing forward. He will be your main goalscorer and responsible for performing counterpressing while other players are getting back in position. Irl Linssen performs great in this role.
-> advanced playmaker. The creative brain of your side. Orkun Kökcu performs great in this role irl, he just won Player of the Month January.
-> wingers and right back. They will look at every opportunity to stretch the play and to break the opponents defensive line from the flanks. Irl the right wing position hasnt really been fulfilled yet. Sinisterra and Pedersen are incredible in the other roles.
-> Shadow striker, Guus Til is reviving his career as the teams second goalscorer.
-> ball winning midfielder and cb on the stopper role. Trauner & Aursnes were cheap transfers, but are the most important ball winners of the side.
