Creating perfect tactics in #FM22 can be a bit daunting, but in this Football Manager 2022 video, I breakdown how I created the PERFECT 3-4-1-2 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch. In the video, I showcase the results I got with FC Barcelona, my method at looking at the squad and recognising its strengths, creating the tactic and style of play including the use of DATA HUB, and lastly, we play a match to see how the tactic plays out in Football Manager 2022.
