Football Manager 2022 Tactics - BEST UNDERDOG TACTIC! A PERFECT 4-2-3-1!
Here is a tactic that helped me get promoted from the Sky Bet League Two, to the Championship back-to-back. In League Two, we were predicted to finish 21st but when got promoted as Champions! We also got to the F.A Cup Semi-Final beating Newcastle away on the way.

    Great tactic, had to make a couple adjustments here and there. Had straight promotions in my Salford save up to the Premier League with my own tactics and was getting obliterated, switched to this tactic in February and it saved me from relegation.
