Football Manager 2022 Tactics - Conte's UNSTOPPABLE 3-4-3 FM22 Tactics BRUTAL COUNTER!

Hello all! Today we are going to be creating Antonio Conte's 3-4-3 that he famously used at Chelsea.
It is a joy to watch, focusing more of the defensive side of the game but still has that lethal attacking outlet.

With this tactic, you will see your players form almost diamond shape on the right and left side
creating the opportunity to play the ball about very easily and lure opposition players out of
position as they try to win the ball back.

With that being said this is not a tiki taka based tactic, conte as well as the likes of Mourinho is
not afraid to play a more direct way of football when needed.

Lets go into the tactic test's with this one it only felt right to get Inter Milan and spurs included
within this test.

Test 1- Spurs

Test 2- Inter Milan

Here is a screenshot of the tactic-

For a more in depth tactic breakdown, please check out the video at the top of this page. In the
video we go over how the tactic plays in game and what you can expect from it. We also talk about
various in game changes you could possibly do if you need a goal. Any support on the video is highly
appreciated as always <3
