Creating perfect tactics in #FM22 can be challenging. In this Football Manager 2022 video, I break down how I reinvented Man City and created a PERFECT defensive 4-1-4-1 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch. I showcase my results with Manchester City, my method of looking at the squad and recognising its strengths, creating the tactic and style of play.
