JORGE JESUS'S INVINCIBLE 4-4-2 FM22 TACTICS (94% WIN RATE)

Today we recreate Jorge Jesus's 4-4-2 tactics, this ended up being one of my favourite recreations yet. The way that you play football with this system is simply amazing, playing with such a high tempo it can be tough on the players but if done correctly the results are outstanding.

Expect to see a very high press to win the ball back, and a fairly direct approach when it comes to creating chances and scoring the goals.

When on the ball your players will position themselves in almost pentagon shapes out wide to maintain and hold onto the ball, making it very easy to control the game at your own pace.
