Today we recreate Carlo Ancelotti's 4-3-3 tactics inside of FM23. I made this video in FM22 and you guys seemed to love the style of the tactic. So I have taken time to recreate this tactic and make it more accurate and also an upgrade to the video we made last year!

Not bad! I've won every game so far at the beginning of the preseason cup in Finland, losing only to HJK with a higher xG in the semis! The only problem is that I have a player injured every game...one was even a season-ending injury. I can't recall experiencing something like this with any other tactic...
