Viera's Overachieving 4-3-3 FM23 Tactics!

After the recent sacking I had to get on board and do my best to pay tribute for Viera by making his commonly used 4-3-3 at palace and replicate it inside of FM23.

As most 4-3-3's are this tactic is very well balanced, and does not over commit going forwards. What I noticed also with this system is how many players get involved with the goals and assists which I personally love. As I cannot stand having all the pressure being put onto 1 player.
