Explosive Direct Attacking 4-2-3-1 (0.93 Goals Conceded)

I tested with a mid-table side in South Africa, and after 10 seasons of playing possession football, I decided to switch it up and play direct attacking football.

The results were mind-blowing.

I recommend you leave this tactic on attacking, as it is vital to how it works, but if you are playing a top team or struggling to break teams down, switch to balanced or drop the tempo and passing directness to standard (standard).

Don't play on Positive with this tactic.

We finished way higher than our 7th place predicted finish and we also got to the final of a cup competition and qualified for continental football.

If you are looking for a high-tempo, attacking style of play, this tactic is for you.

And if you are playing in the lower leagues, that's much better as it is suited to over-achieve even with a team of less quality.
