FM24 All Youth Rating 175

This database turns every single country's Youth Rating to 175, meaning you will get better regens from all over the world. For comparison, wonderkid factory France's actual youth rating is 155, while Austria's youth rating is 79.

This is a toned down version of the 200 Youth Rating database if you want slightly less world stars in your save.

Keep in mind that a nation's production of regens doesn't only depend on youth rating, but a lot more factors. So you won't see San Marino on the same level as Germany, but you could get a San Marinean world class star every once in a while.
