here is the league pack for all nations/federations in South America.
! for Official 24.3.0 Update Database only !
Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)
This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for (nearly) all member federations of the CONMEBOL.
please see the readme.html for details.

I couldn't see these qualification rules in game and since I'm not Venezuelan (and never followed their league) I had to google the answer, which was giving me conflicting results.
This clarifies it, thanks once more @MasterIgor.
- winner grand final
- best ranked overall stage
- runner up grand final
- 2nd best ranked overall stage
- runner up Apertura Final
- runner up Clausura Final
- next best ranked in overall stage
the only way I could explain the 10th best overall team to qualify is that it was runner up in the apertura or clausura final.
Could that be?
What are the rules for Venezuelan teams to qualify for the Libertadores on your database? I'm asking because, somehow, the 10th place in the overall league table qualified for the Libertadores, but the team in fourth place went to the Sudamericana in my save.
Is this by design?
Thanks!
Another thing I noticed is that there are no press conferences for league games when playing at Venezuela.
I'm not sure if this issue is related to your database or not.
Thanks once more for your attention, I really appreciate it.
PS.: I will return here if I manage to find any source about the venezuela competition prizes.
Apart from that, according to transfermarkt, nearly all transfers are free transfers in the 1st league, with occasionally a sale of a player between 100K and 1M. This tells me that there aren't much funds for teams to operate really.
So that is the situation I'm afraid.. if anyone has exact numbers and/or sources please let me know.
Runner-ups also gain no money.
Thanks!
And while I am at it, I will fix the small issue of kit numbers as well.
Edit: Scratch that, I just checked the new update changelog. It looks like this change is a necessary evil. Still, I might 'save scum' this playoff since I'm technically the champion, haha!
Peruvian teams have a restriction for kit numbers that is not realistic. While it's true that they can only register 27 senior players, they're not limited to kit numbers 1-27.
See https://clubalianzalima.com.pe/#/plantilla/primer-equipo for example.
I found an error with the Prizes in the Peruvian Liga 1. Currently if the same team wins both Apertura and Clausura stages, is the automatic year champion, avoiding play offs (Apertura winner vs Clausura winner). In the current v24.4 In-Game if that scenario happens, the game recognizes you as the yearly winner, there are no playoffs, but the champions prize is not paid to the winner, you think that's something fixable? Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!
