here is the league pack for all nations/federations in South America.

Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)
This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for (nearly) all member federations of the CONMEBOL.

- Colombia (COL): *NEW* added Primera C ( no promotions to B )
- Ecuador (ECU): new formats for 2025 onwards
- Paraguay (PAR): only minor changes to rankings
- Peru (PER): Liga 3 added from 2025 onwards, and new formats for Liga 2
- Uruguay (URU): added format for Primera Division Amateur for 2024 onwards
- Venezuela (VEN): corrected Venezuelan Cup format, added Super Cup (starts in 2025)

- Peru (PER): fixed mistake, playoff stage is not played if 1 team wins both Apertura and Clausura. Also fixes allowed team numbers.

Because, then the promotions and relegations which change the number of teams for divisions does not happen properly.
This is a general recommendation for my files. Do not use start dates that skip seasons.
There could be an issue which Daniel described with Argentina. If lowest tier is active and sometimes it happens to cause a stage to not end. This may cause the problem but I have to do 10+ test runs to be sure.
This can take some time, but it could be that I will post a fix for CONMEBOL for this in the near future.
I understodd why 2025 is empty for Argentina. SI created awful system, the season 2025 generated in Jan 2025. If it would be generated in Dec 2024, everything fine. Unfortunatelly I have no idea how to change this in Editor. Do you?

I created the second test. 2024 - vanilla league. 2025 - empty, no regular matches. 2026 - new format. Is it a bug or the feature?
But Argentian update has no tournaments after the season 2024
Just empty list, no schedule and only Libertadoras/Sud
All other nations remain unchanged in CONMEBOL v24.8 compared to v24.7
I will change it so that from 2025 in the game, penalties will be used

- Teams from outside the northeast are playing in Copa do Nordeste (somehow they qualified for it)
- Libertadores teams are playing in early stages in Copa do Brasil (shouldn't be allowed to avoid tight schedule)
- São Paulo and Sergipe championships are couting the best overall classified teams as champions, instead of the playoffs winner
- Brasileirão Série D groups are not regionalized (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025_Campeonato_Brasileiro_S%C3%A9rie_D#Group_stage)
Also it would be nice if you create a coefficient Version for CONMEBOL as well, since every condeferation has one. Thanks!

It took some time, because there were a lot of changes in 2025. And also a lot of new things like Argentina schedule playing extra rounds with rivals. I mapped the classicos as good as I could.
Peru adds a 3rd tier in 2025, and there were new formats for a couple of nations.
Since that already took a while to do, I took a little longer and added Brazil Serie D and Colombia Primera C so that the wait was worth it - and also because I liked the challenge of doing Serie D as realistic as possible ;-)
