I had a lot of success with this tactic playing as Exeter City in SkyBet League One, and you guys asked me to try it out at an elite level.

And it achieved similar results at the top level too.

With Exeter we dominated League One as a mid-table team, having 63% Average Possession and challenging for back-to-back promotions in the league.

The player roles in the system are favorable for all levels, and you can increase the tempo if you need more intensity from your team.
