However, the principles of the system are not so easily (patchable). Based on the 2012 description by Tactikzz, the Grid System at the core has it's own philosophy behind it. This makes it possible to recreate the system.

Also, Opposition Instructions play a vital role in how the system works so don't forget about that.
Does it win every game for almost any team on Football Manager? No, I don't think a tactic like that even exists.
But with a hands-on approach, the Grid System plays in a way that is challenging for the Football Manager match engine AI to adjust to and defend against.
