KEVIN MUSCAT'S SHANGHAI PORT 4-2-3-1: POSSESSION AND GEGENPRESS COMBO
Hi guys, this is my faithful emulation of Kevin Muscat's 4-2-3-1 at Shanghai Port in Chinese Super League. The Australian coach Kevin Muscat was Ange Postecoglou's coach assistant and learnt from him the use of inverted wing-back in possession, building from the back, and relentless gegenpressing and counterattacks with quick transitions. It's a tactic that requires a high intensity to the players so be sure to have enough bench players and to replace them when they are too tired.
