John Eustace’s 3-5-2 Tactic DOMINATES FM24

In this Football Manager 2024 video, I’ve recreated John Eustace's 3-5-2 tactic from his time at Derby County. Using this FM24 version of Eustace’s system, I took Derby all the way to promotion to the Premier League – and tested the same tactic with Inter Milan, who went on to win everything!
