The match updates are well written and descriptive, and your performances for the difficult German league are astounding. Using Depay, De Bruyne and even odds and ends players like Olić to the best of their potential will get you far.
However, consider not writing about *every* match. Without discounting the importance of every match to the season, as a reader, it is important that the matches we read about are gripping, and feel important in every way. For example, I nearly skipped over the update about Trabanzbor, when that is clearly an important match, simply because it was packaged in a large amount of other match updates. As a writer, your story should be a curated selection of important matches in your game... not necessarily every match. Similarly, you can write longer updates about important matches that command your reader's attention, and even delve into some backstory.
Also, I noticed you negotiated a smaller salary for yourself. I notice that whatever your salary is, it's only going to be a few drops in the bucket for the wage management, unless your club is financially destitute. Go right ahead and negotiate the largest possible salary, even if you can't spend it. You deserve it, and it helps with the realism.
My 5 cents. Take it or leave it.
