I always make a basic training schedule. This one is a bit more specific than the original one in the game. This is for those who might just want a basic schedule and be able to tweak it a bit for their own use. As i myself will always make small changes to training schedules and add more schedules for different players. I like to have my own template so I don't have to work as much every time. This is exactly for that purpose. If you don't really care about training and might want a fully made training schedule then this might also do good. But in my opinion this basic schedule is for those who want to tweak a bit themselves as well.
Notes & tips:
I should also mention that there is always room for improving to a more attacking or a more defensive schedule. You can for an example for the AMC schedule reduce the defensive training to even lighter to add more training in other categories. But to be on the safe side don't let your schedule go to overall "hard". As it could result in more injuries and unhappy players. You know your own team best to be able to make the decisions of lighter or harder training schedule.
AMC/CM: If you have an attacking CM which doesn't have AMC as his natural or accomplished position.(ex. scholes, sahin). They can be put into the AMC category.
DM/CM: This schedule is for the more balanced CM's (ex carrick, fletcher). You can always put a proper DM into the DM/CM schedule, but also in the FB or CB schedule, depending on how defensive you want him to be trained.
Or you can take the DM/CM template and make a new for DM or CM only. Just making this like Defensive training harder etc.
Wing Forwards/wingers/Wide midfielder: Personally I like my wingers to be a bit more attacking in my style of play. and even though I expect them to work hard. I don't want them to be trained into too balanced or defensively. But if your looking to make classic 4-4-2 with classic wide midfielders. then you can take the WF template and make a more balanced schedule.
ST: You can always make 2 ST schedules, for target men and fast strikers. Things you need to change are the strength and aerobic trainings.
If you find the training too hard for your players just move the overall slider 1 click down. Or 1 click more in pre-season.
