Its based on a 4-2-3-1 Asymmetric tactic.
The Playing Philosophy is set to balanced since it's designed to worked with both top teams or not so great.
I suggest using a Fluid tactic with a top team and a Rigid or Balanced philo with a lower team, especially if your midfield isn't that creative.
The playing StylePassing: Here it really depends on your team composition.
If you have a fast strike I like using long passing, but with not so fast short pass is the way since this tactic has a lot in mid.
Conclusion: Short pass.
Creative Freedom: This is obvious, good AMC's = More Expressive
Closing down: Press more if you have a very good DMC or atleast 1 DC.
Stand Off More if you don't want to get countered very fast.
Tackling: It doesn't matter since you use team instructions on players.
Marking: For most games is fine with zonal, but in important ones use Man
Crossing: Drill Crosses for good ST header.
Float Crosses are very good for your Inside Forward
Roaming: Stick To Position are for low teams till they get creative players.
More Roaming is going well with a very flamboyant style.
This covers the Playing Style. Some notes here, the main idea is that you need to set it up by the type of team you have. In general you need more rigid to control your players as well as not so much creativity or roaming.
Player RolesGK: Goalkeeper
DR: Wing Back - if you have a fast and good crossing, if not Full Back
DCR: Central Defender
DCL: Central Defender
DL: Wing Back - if you have a fast and good crossing, if not Full Back
DMC: Anchor Man
MCR: Depends on what you have on hand. The main desire is to have a Pirlo there. Mainly their Advanced Playmaker or Box To Box
AMR: Inside Forward
AMCL: Advanced Playmaker or Trequartista
STC: Poacher or Target Man
DR: If you have Wing Back use Attack, for Full Back use Support
DL: If you have Wing Back use Attack, for Full Back use Support
MCR: With Advanced Playmaker go support or attack and with Box To Box support
Strategy is a bit irrelevant since I setup normally. But I use Control to start it off.
