February 2008 for Genie Scout 2008?

Eugene appears to have made a statement in the usual Ukrainian forums, according to which a stable version of Genie Scout 2008 should be out around February.

Translating his words:
"I am alive, but I currently have even less time. University duties and holidays you see. Therefore, I am not sure that the time of release of the new Scout will be anywhere before February."

    I dont understand Eugene tbh.

    some on his site have told that they might help out. he should reach out to them and maybe get some more help.

    i understand he might not have time, but could consider a few other things eh?
