3-3-3-1 Total Football / FM22 Tactic

Hi Guys,

Back with another 3 at the back tactic.

I realized that playing with WBs/ LM/ RM wasn't really adding much to my tactics. If anything we were constantly exploited.

I also found that anyone in the AMC role was either doing something good, or absolutely nothing.

After some fiddling around I put together this great tactic.



The pivot of this team is the Trequartista, they are the engine that everyone works around. The average rating in my saves of this player has been 7.8 / 8.1 in the last 3 seasons.

My striker has also walked away with 40 - 60 goals every season as well.

Assists and Goals pop up everywhere due to either through balls or floated crosses.

Conceding doesn't really happen either, the 2 CMs almost sit deep so that when the ball is cleared they aid in recycling possession or get back for any counters.
