My 3-5-2 is inspired with Antonio Conte's football as he showed it in Inter's chair.
Two men upfront with one of them that has to be a big striker to be used as a TM. He opens up spaces for the AF and is always a threat for opponent's defense.
The two mezzala guarantee you to collect 2nd balls and clean them to try the shot or play the ball down the flanks, where CWB can choose to dribble past the defender or cross the ball for the header. Make sure you choose CWB with good dribbling and crossing skills.
DLP set to defend guarantee coverage to the 3 men flat defensive line.
I created this tactic during my Cremonese's 2nd year and you can see it works fine with an extremely poor lineup.
If you use this tactic you'll come up with a very solid team which concedes very few chances and is always threatening up ahead.
Waiting for your feedbacks if you like.
