FM22 Tactic: Spielmacher 3-5-2 by Vujevic

This tactic brought me a lot of success for example my latest save with Bologna where we won instant title with Bologna.

For hard away matches, change roles of strikers to pressing forwards on attack.

The most important players are two volantes they need to be good all round players with high work rate.

Wingbacks need to be capable to do deadly crosses so at least 13+ for crossing is mandatory.
