3-5-2 Unic Firdaus

An attacking formation with high scoring chances that I created using 3 defenders. Try it and comment with your results.

FM 2014 Tactics - 3-5-2 Unic Firdaus
1st of all, I am sorry for my bad English.

I made many tweaks on this formation since the 1st time I played FM 2014. Because I am a fan of back three, it's unusual to find a tactic with a back three. But now, I'm satisfied with the progress of this tactic.

I'm playing with Fulham, and so far I have perfected this in the 2nd season of Premier League. It's based on attacking fluid system, with high scoring chances created.

Enjoy it!

Defenders:

Must have good teamwork and anticipation to make solid defensive work. At least 13 and above.

Midfielders:

If you have a great Half Back, make use of it, because he can get man of the match often from this position. I'm using Franco Zuculini, and he won 7 POM in the Premier league. And surely, find a box to box midfielder to fill the role of centre midfielder with a good long shot. A pacey winger will make a good attacking movement.

Attackers:

Maybe the False Nine not often can get score a goal, but his partner with the role of Advanced Forward will crush the defender.

I'll be glad if you can give me feedback for this tactic, because it is my 1st time uploading one. Thank you ^_^

Updated

I've made just a little modification for this tactic. If you think the previous 1 is better, just drop comment below. Thanks.

Can you write down the "Team Instructions" given to the team in this tactic? My computer crashes, whenever i try to load a tactic in the game :/

On my save as Gateshead in the Skrill Premier, this worked pretty well, although I have stopped with that save. Now playing in the Ecuadorian Serie B and it seems to be working well, although, since my players are part time, they are not yet fully familiar with it

    Acosta77 :

Just give my assistant to take care of the OI, and for the training i'm using attacking with average intensity, and for the match preparation is most to attacking movement. But in the pre-season, using the team cohesion (very high intensity) and match preparation is tactic only..

    Hope will help :)

Started using this tactic in my second season in the Prem with Blackburn after surviving only by goal difference the season before. With 20 games played we are third in the Prem and in the semi final of the league cup, only losing four games so far in all comp. Both strikers are scoring, the AMC is on fire, the wingers are getting assists and the back three are solid. Tried out nearly all tactics on FM Scout as of 9.12.13 and this is the one that works for me. THANKS!
