In my last 3 seasons with Man Utd my average goals against is 16 and goals for is 181. I only tried this with Manchester United but with great success. I’m sure that it will work for other big clubs.
The keywords for this tactic are: High pressing, Offensive, High tempo and short passing.

How I’ve used it:
Opponent instructions: None
Training: Individual training set on all players and for the position they play on. Training schedule from Bustthenet and rotate between complete training and attacking pure.
Rotation: I always use two different XI. The primary one are with my very best players. The second one is with my backups and youngsters/wonderkids. I let the second XI play games against weaker opponents in the FA cup and let them play every League Cup games. Also let them the second XI play a few league games against weak opponents and same in the Champions League group stage. This works really well both for match fitness for the whole squad and also for the development of young players. Obviously I use change the first XI sometimes when injuries etc appears.
