I was using a similar one but its not too consistent and I made a little tweak then it becomes decent.

Conclusion

As you can see this tactic is quite consistent not only in the local league but also in the champions league. I managed to draw Barcelona at home and win at away and also win Man United twice in the Champions league group stage.

You might lose some games when the squad's familiarity is not full but give it some time and you will get many Ws.
