4-2-3-1 Lower League FM18 Tactic

This is a tactic that I have been used from the start of the beta.

Is a simple tactic that I used in FM17 and that brought me a lot of success in the past year with all the small team I played and also with the big ones.

It was not perfect, but gave me stability and lot of goal chances and possession.

Suddenly, I was obligated to play with a lot of young and undeveloped players, because of injuries.

I think that, it will have much success with a team with more players that have same or almost same value.

Also, is very important to have players that can play the tactic roles with more that 50% familiarity.
