Goalkepper- Sweeper on Support (Rushing out is vital and distribution apart from being good in the post)
Wing back L/R- both on Attack (Look for pace, crossing, and work rate)
Ball Playing CB - Defend (look for pace, Anticipation, and good on the ball. In possession, they will go wide to facilitate possession. The drawback is that if possession is lost in the build-up, the defense is open.
Half Back- Defend (Defender attributes, ideally he can play as a CB and good on the ball). He will drop back to form a back 3 when out of possession and will be the center back to build-up to create a back 3 at the start.
Box to Box Support (Comes late to the opposition area, cover the pitch)
Mezzala Attack (One of your attacking threats. He will create width for your team
Trequartista (The main creator. Look for vision, passing, and dribbling. High finishing is a bonus)
Shadow Stricker (Workrate, finishing, are fundamental. He is your main sticker)
False 9 (off the ball, passing, vision. He is a number 10 playing as a striker. The false 9 will not let your opposition have a focus point).

When defending tactic will be 5-2-2-1, while attacking will change to 2-1-3-4.
Important that your team has good off the ball, vision, and important stamina and work rate. I notice that my team run for more than 122km. The opposition goes around 106km. Rotation is fundamental if you have more than 2/3 games per week.
High press, High line, slow passing, and standard tempo. I generally like to go high tempo. This will reduce your possession but create more goal chances.
Let me know how it goes.
