Football Manager 2022 Tactics - 4-3-3 The Commander // FM22 Super Tactic inspired by Sarri

We started with Maurizio Sarri's game idea, especially during his time with Napoli, and we put our own back into it.

What came out was a super tactic, which made us win practically everything this season.

Ciro Immobile was stratospheric, scoring 72 goals in all competitions.

Only advice, look for a fast and strong attacker both physically and in the movements, Immobile is perfect for this tactic.

I wrote that it is only a tactic inspired by mr sarri, not a real emulation I took a cue and I put my own, the wings that swap positions let's say it was my idea, it is useful for give more unpredictability to the attack

Hey just a question , why are my wingers changing positions ingame? so the left winger goes right and the right winger goes left. After a while it changes back. Searched couldnt find any reason for that
