4-3-3 Sporting Blast // FM22 Tactic

This will be my very first time sharing my tactic with you guys, I play FM since the first game came out but was always waiting for other people's tactics.

So last year I have spent a lot of time creating this Tactic with Sporting as it was a very big challenge, as they do not have enough money but plenty of young talents. So this 4-3-3 I have created in FM21 gave me very good results.

So when Beta FM22 came out I used it in a new save and it was working wonders and first season only loss 2 games and drew 1. But problem was only wingers were scoring and MC, and I like attractive football and high pressing, then I have entered to second season and bought new players and it was smashing my rivals, then came out beta update messed it up.

So I tweaked the tactic again, then started a new save to see the results and only bought 2 players that I needed.





I have only tried this tactic with Sporting, and I would like you guys to try it with other clubs and let me know your results.

In my other save my Striker scored 45 goals in the season as the tactic is more done for him, as I love Strikers to score.

Tiago Tomas is goal machine, but then I sold him and Went to get Benjamin Sesko, that guy blew my mind, he was doing a lot of Hat-tricks.

So here will be photos from my second save, and as you will see I drew 2-2 with Dortmund that has much better players then me, as my team is a lot of youngsters.
