Football Manager 2018 Tactics - Basic Football (4-4-1-1 Sezak)

BASIC INSTRUCTION

just change TEAM MENTALITY:
from Attacking > Standard > Defensive

TACTICAL INSTRUCTION

A) First half

1) concede 1 goal, change TM to STANDARD
2) concede 2 goals, change TM to DEFENSIVE

Second half

1) tie 0-0, change TM to STANDARD
2) concede 1 goal, change TM to DEFENSIVE
