This is a very attacking formation, sometimes I push the two full backs a bit forward to play wing back. Your finisher has to be tall enough to take the headers. Your DLF can play as false nine as well if you want to set the other winger to play as inside forward. You would better attack from the side that the opponent doesn't have the advantage of counter attack, eg, an old full back or a slow one or half injured etc. Set one of your central defender to cover and the other one to defend or stop. The defending midfielder can be set as DLP to defend as well and let your centre backs to stay deeper.
This is a very dangerous formation and often, your central mids get exhausted and injured. So, always play this when you know you have good subs in the mid. To be more conservative, sometimes I set the winger to be defensive wingers
