What to expect : Plenty of the ball, 65% possession, lots of goals, lots of chances, hardly any conceded either.
You must get the tactic fully familiar, I usually run a load of friendlies and just let my assistant be in charge of them, also train the players individually into their roles and look for players comfortable on the ball, or youngsters who can be easily moulded into ball hungry machines.
I can't unfortunately upload screenshots of the results as constantly have to delete saves or my Laptop will run FM at a very slow speed, I wouldn't upload it if I didn't think it was good though.
Also I leave all other training and opposition instructions to my assistant manager and run the tests by playing the actual matches, I don't believe in just holiday testing a tactic, it's pointless and you may as well stick to FIFA if you just want to sim games.
