First of all, let me introduce you, I'm Frank or ToBeFrank37 as I am on YouTube! I've got an ongoing Ibiza save you may be aware of, or as most recently making a few tactic videos, such as my wildly succesful 4-2-3-1 Wing Back Attack, which with the help of the lovely people of FMScout has amassed over 2K Views, big thank you to you all.

Today I'm going to show you my latest success, my stupendous 4-3-3 Narrow which led me to overturn a 3 year drought at the Old Lady, Zebre/Juventus!

But in essence, the lack of instructions frees the more creative players from the shackles or structured play.

In the example below, you can see Samuele Ricci on the ball, with a mass of options - Genoa simply cannot keep up with play and as you can see in the video below, he picks his spot and floats it to the back post to Frattesi to volley home, some of the fun overloads this tactic generates.



A few examples of us, not requiring posession to generate shooting opportunities, we allow the other team to hold the ball and pick our punches.
