The swine flu epidemic has hit my school, which is now closed, so I have a bit of time on my hands so I have decided to start a blog. That being said I guess I should tell you what I’m blogging about.
Well I hope to eloquently convey to you my inner most thoughts and feelings as I embark upon the rollercoaster ride that is football management. Albeit, through the latest instalment of the Football Manager franchise. Fm 09 is perhaps the worst fm which I have played yet she is still the cruel mistress she always was, enticing me back time after time for more for more humiliation and pain.
This edition of the franchise has struggled to capture my imagination; I have started countless games but after a few matches I get bored and start a new one hoping to find that special something which gets me hooked. I think I have found that special something.
The Chelsea Nationalist Challenge.
It is at this point where I need your help… You see I have just jumped head first into this and I can’t really remember what the Chelsea Nationalist Challenge is all about. I have some vague recollection that from day one you may only sign players from a selected nation. So if some kind person could enlighten me as to the details of this challenge I would be forever grateful.
Anyway onwards and upwards… the nation will be the land of my birth, the glorious nation that is England. And the team I hear you ask Aston Villa… who else?
Any suggestions for signings are very welcome, thankyou.
