Recently, I created a 3-2-2-3 system that simply broke the game. The result? I won absolutely everything in Belgium, crowning the work with a Champions League title managing Mechelen. To put it to the test, I started a new save with Monaco and, without making a single adjustment to the squad, it feels like playing against kids: I smashed Lyon 7-1 right away.
I brought my analytical vision as a Staff Data Engineer & Data Architect to FM and formulated this tactic using the game's own data to create a lethal system. The focus is attacking spaces with absurd verticality, highly inspired by Jorge Jesus's 2019 Flamengo.

💡 Key In-Game Management Tips:
The tactic features strong individual tackling instructions, so game management is crucial:
🟨 Yellow Cards: Did a player get booked? Pause immediately. Give them the individual shout to "Calm Down" and, in their personalized player instructions tab, set it to "Ease Off Tackles".
🧠 Comfortable Leads: Feel like the team is up by 3 or more goals and dropped their intensity? Use the team shout "Focus" to get the machine grinding again.
🎯 Set Pieces: The files are attached. Golden tip: put your best corner and free-kick takers on focused individual training for it.

Recentemente, criei um sistema 3-2-2-3 que simplesmente quebrou o jogo. O resultado? 💡 Dicas Fundamentais de Gestão in-game:
A tática possui instruções individuais fortes de desarme, então a gestão de jogo é crucial:
🟨 Cartão Amarelo: O jogador foi advertido? Pause imediatamente. Dê a instrução individual para "Acalmar" e, na aba de instruções personalizadas dele, marque "Abrandar carrinhos".
🧠 Goleadas: Sentiu que o time abriu 3 ou mais gols e diminuiu a intensidade? Use a instrução geral (grito de treinador) para "Concentrar" e faça a máquina voltar a moer.
