FM19 Tactic: 63% Avg Possession 4-2-3-1

This tactic is a tweaked version of the gegenpress pre-set tactic. I was conceding a lot of goals with the Gegenpress tactic because I was losing the ball a lot with just aimless long balls. I changed the tempo to the lowest level possible and changed the style of passing to shorter passing.

The tactic is very strong when it comes to home games as I didn't lose or even draw a game throughout the season.
The tactic is less effective away from home against bigger oppositions.

I broke the Centurions record from last season with this tactic. I had the best defensive record in the league, conceding the least amount of goals and Leno kept 27 clean sheets, 10 more than the next GK. Aubameyang and Lacazette both scored a combined 65 goals in all competitions.

This tactic is heavily based around keeping hold of the ball and not allowing the opposition to have a chance to attack you. You need pacey fullbacks, and forward, as they are the most important in your squad. Hector Bellerin had 18 assists in all competition and the 2nd highest assists in the league behind Sane.

General Training should be done by your assistant, set individual training for your young players and double the intensity. If you will be using this tactic a lot, I would train their passing.
