Estonian Football Pyramid for FM20

This file fully activates the Estonian Football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules from the 2019 season. Meistriliiga to IV Liiga are playable for Football Manager 2020.

Leagues included are:

1. Meistriliiga (monthly/yearly awards and corrected rules)
2. Esiliiga (monthly/yearly awards and corrected rules)
3. Esiliiga B (monthly/yearly awards and corrected rules)
4. II Liiga North/East and II Liiga South/West
5. III Liiga North, III Liiga East, III Liiga South and III Liiga West
6. IV Liiga North, IV Liiga North/East and IV Liiga South

Estonian Cup, Estonian Small Cup and Estonian Super Cup (monthly/yearly awards and corrected rules)
