This is a custom database with around 60 clubs with new investors. Some of them are well known to the public and they decided to officially take over as owners, others just donated and decided to stay in the shadows.
I've decided to create this database because I thought about the consequences of COVID-19 lockdown. Probably all clubs lost a lot of money during this time, but it will be useless work to lower all budgets in the database. Instead of that, it was easier to pick listed clubs and improve their financial status. So now start a new game and see how will European football change with new rich Asian investors.
I've done 700 changes in the database, but I decided not to overdo it so don't expect all clubs to have very high transfer budgets. Instead of that I've focused on changing general club finances, ticket prices, and please remember there are three different types of sugar daddy owners in FM 2020: foreground, background, and underwriter.
Even if this is a custom/fantasy database I've still preferred to keep it as close to real-life as I could.

Thanks
so why not uniao de tomar or maybe leixoes to step up benfica or porto
uniao de tomar have great history in primeira liga and they are first santarem team in primeira liga back around in 60s to 70s and they have great players from benfica while they are in II Divisao eusebio and antonio simoes
I will keep it in mind for future update
I was thinking about Nacional, Chaves or Estoril but finally didn't make it.
Portuguese league is highly ranked so I didn't want to add "fuel" to already good 1st division, rather than that I will gave some fun for people that like to play long-term saves.
It'd be fun for a club or two to step up to Benfica and Porto. (Ideas: Vitória Setúbal, Barreirense, União Leiria, Beira Mar, União da Madeira)
