FM20 Heffem Skin for low res monitors (4:3)

So I was struggling with normal skins for FM20 all year. Heffem skin is the best skin for FM in my opinion, OK? TCS, OPZ, Livid... people use these because Heffem skin is kinda buggy if you don't have a 16:9 or 16:10 monitor.

So I present to you my version of Heffem skin. I also changed the default background colour to be more like Neub skin from FM19, cause that skin was the G.O.A.T for me. This version isn't ideal right now, but I promise I'll try to improve it, even though it's kinda hard for me because my programming knowledge (like English) is equal to zero. I hope you will like it.
