Striker Scores 94 Goals! A BROKEN 4-3-1-2 | FM22 Tactics

Creating perfect tactics in FM22 can be a bit daunting, but in this Football Manager 2022 video, I breakdown how I created a BROKEN 4-3-1-2 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch.

I showcase the results I got with Chelsea, my method at looking at the squad and recognising its strengths, creating the tactic and style of play, and lastly, we play a match to see how the tactic plays out in Football Manager 2022.
