FOOTBALL MANAGER 2023 IS HERE! And our first tactic of the year is Erik Ten Hag's 4-2-3-1 at Manchester United.

Our striker scored over 60 goals, we scored over 100 goals and we won 3 TROPHIES!

Using tactical analysis, I recreated ten Hags 4231 that looks to capture Man Utds style of play in their recent games.

There are TWO tactics in the file, one being a mid-block version.

    Used your tactics for 10 games, lost almost every game with 3 or more goals. Got many red cards and penalties against as well... I don't understand how you got it to work :P
